Reading Plus

 Hi, In my hurumanu we read reading plus. Reading plus is a place to get better at reading and understanding the books.

It also a place to get good at vocabulary words and getting good at understanding what the words mean. Also it can make you get better while not even noticing, that your getting better at reading.

 Hi, In the hurumanu 3 we did a reading plus.

The reading plus is a good thing to read at, because it can make you better at understood the book your reading, and it also making you good at reading.

Last year, I was not good at reading, it's so hard to understand the book Im reading. So used the reading plus to get better at reading and understanding it.

What I found difficult today:	I found it difficult to answer some questions because sometimes I forgot the text I read.
What my goal is for next time:	My goal is to get better at reading.

Hockey

 What is hockey: Hockey is a sport in which two teams play against each other by trying to get the ball or puck in to the opponent's goal using a hockey stick. There are types of hockey such a bandy, field hockey, ice hockey and rink hockey. The two team plays with eleven players each teams, using hooked sticks with which the players try to drive the ball towards the goals at the opponent ends of the field.

Equipment:

• Mouth gourd
• Shampads
• Hockey sticks

Safety:

1. Cleats choose a pair of shoes with molded cleats or ribbeb soles
2. Shin guard, field hockey shin guard, which are made of plastic or foam, wrap father around the leg.
3. Put the mouth guard
4. don't hit the ball with the hockey stick hard

I learn how to play hockey, and I learn the rules of the games and how to pass the ball and shot it.

Floods

 Hi, In Hurumanu 1 we have learn about the floods, 

I don't know about the floods but we have research about it. The floods, is a code-red means warning, if the house got floods all water will go in the house and all of the things in the house will get wet and the electric tool will get break and the shirts and shorts will get wet.

If their was a floods the people in the house will got stuck in their house and can't get out, and all of the car will get stuck and the people in the car and get out of it. The floods is dangerous to happened, because the floods can get big and the floods will destroy the house the people might get injured and some might die.

This is what you need to do if their was a floods that will happened:

• Find a safe shelter right away.
• Do not walk, swim, or drive through the flood waters.
• Remember, just six inches of moving water can knock you down, and one foot of moving water can sweep you vehicle away.
• Stay off bridges over fast-moving water.
• Depending on the type of flooding.

What might happened to you if you din't do what you need to do:

When floods happen rain falls. Rain falls, adding to surface water runoff and saturating ground. snow melts snow melts, adding to surface water runoff and rising streams river waters. Homes wrecked rising waters damage property and infrastructure.
