 Hi, In Hurumanu 2 we edit a dory video but the dory video has no sound so I edit it to have a sound of music and I also put some beat in the video, so the video will be good and the music. I am not good at editing so I am sure that the music well not end up good, but I try my best to edit it so it's okay for me. 

The edit I did were so hard to do, because it's so hard to tell what I am going to do and I didn't understand what to do, so my friend help me and tell me what to do in the video and how to do it. When he explain the work were doing it's just easy to me to edit and copy the works.

Reflection for the culture kete

 Hi, In Wga we have done are culture works, me and my friends did a culture game in Philippines and we also search some facts about the games. We also write the tools that we need to play the game, and some of the work that we have done we show the work that we did and fuse the games we made.

1. What went well for me/ My group with my research and presentation? The research that me and my groups did went well and we get a lot of facts for the game were doing, and we also find some easy rules for the games and we also research how to play this game so if someone want to play the game we will tell them the rules of the game in easy way for them to understand.

2. What didn't went well and why? The games that didn't went well, because the other didn't know what to do and the others want to play other games, so we didn't get to play the game we search about.

3. If I was to do this again what would I do differently? I will do a foods of Philippines so they will have a taste of the food in Philippines, or I will do a games again but I am going to research the best game to play in Philippines.

This is what happened to our culture, the research went well but the games that we did didn't go well, and If I was going to do this again I well do a foods from Philippines or do a game again but it well not be the same games.

What did she do? What qualities did she show?

She helps the scientist to find a cure for covid-19, even though she has a child to take care of. She shows bravery, kindness, and is helpful to people.

Where was she? How did she get involved?

Ardern grew up as a Mormon in Morrinsville and Murupara, where her father, Ross Ardern, Ardern was brought into politics by her aunt, Marie Ardern, a longstanding member of the Labour Party, who recruited the teenaged Ardern to help her with campaigning for New Plymouth MP Harry Duynhoven during his re-election campaign at the 1999 general election.

Why did she get involved?

Adern gets involved because she feels bad about the people and she has a child so she helps the scientist to find a cure to take the covid-19 down.

Did they earn any bravery awards?

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has been recognised by Harvard University for helping to "improve the quality of life"

Our Heroes 7 Political Decision-Making

 Hi, In hurumanu we have learn about political decision-making, we make are own laws for are class and there are each group to make a law.

How do we select our goverment? The first step is easy, we went to a groups and each groups has a works to do with your team, we make are own laws that we will signed as a group and the other groups will check are work and we will check there own works and we made a change of there works. Then we put are treaty on a formal format. Parliamentary Services does this laws, if the Service not doing this it not be put in the laws that were making.

We also cheaked the treaty as a whole class and we signed the treaty like the same as Royal Assent that been signed by the Govermor-General. The treaty waitangi is also been signed by the year 9 in Mr Mitchel class and us year 7 and 8 from Tn we also signed the our own treaty waitangi.

How often are our General Elections? The General Elections that all person who meet the requirements for voting must by law register on the electoral roll, even if they do not intend to vote.

What are the steps Parliament follows to pass a new law? 

• Step-1: The bill drafted. 
• Step-2: The bill is introduced. 
• Step-3: The bill goes to committee. 
• Step-4: Subcommittee review of the bill. 
• Step-5: Committee mark up of the bill. 
• Step-6: Voting by the full chamber on the bill. 
• Step-7: Referral of the full chamber. 
• Step-8: The bill goes to the president. And there are more steps to pass or make a new law.

How do the steps we used to create our class treaty compare with the steps in passing a new law? Currently the formal legal position of the Treaty of Waitangi is that is legally effective in the New Zealand Courts to the extent that it is recognised in acts of parliament. At the present time the Treaty of Waitangi is referred to in 62 separate acts of parliament.

In drama we made are own story to proforme in the stage. The story the we did with my group are easy, it's about a bully who got arrest for beating up and stealing money from a kid. The story was not good because we just change the true story of the bully that were making.
