What is hockey: Hockey is a sport in which two teams play against each other by trying to get the ball or puck in to the opponent's goal using a hockey stick. There are types of hockey such a bandy, field hockey, ice hockey and rink hockey. The two team plays with eleven players each teams, using hooked sticks with which the players try to drive the ball towards the goals at the opponent ends of the field.

- Hockey sticks
Safety:
- Cleats choose a pair of shoes with molded cleats or ribbeb soles
- Shin guard, field hockey shin guard, which are made of plastic or foam, wrap father around the leg.
- Put the mouth guard
- don't hit the ball with the hockey stick hard
